Automation for independent & small-town dealers

Big-store systems. Small-store budget and headcount.

Lot Logic sets up the practical automation that keeps a lean dealership running: every lead answered, every unit merchandised, every customer followed up, and one clear weekly picture of how the store is doing.

A right-sized approach

Your team is already wearing five hats. The busywork shouldn't be one of them.

At a small store, the same person may answer the phone, post inventory, chase a lender and work the lot. Most of the opportunity that slips through the cracks isn't a people problem. It's a handoff problem: a lead nobody claimed, a unit that sat without photos, a past customer nobody called back.

Lot Logic connects the systems you already pay for and adds simple, reliable automation and AI assistance in the gaps, so the routine work happens on its own and your people spend their time with customers.

Where small dealerships quietly lose deals

  • Internet leads and missed calls land in different inboxes and no one owns the response.
  • New inventory waits days for photos, descriptions and pricing before it shows up online.
  • Follow-up depends on memory and sticky notes instead of a consistent cadence.
  • Sales, deal and inventory numbers live in separate spreadsheets that never agree.
  • Past customers aren't contacted for service, trade-in or repeat purchase opportunities.
  • Reviews, Google Business Profile and listings get updated only when someone remembers.

A practical fix, not another platform

We map the path from first click to sold customer, find the few handoffs that cost the most, and automate those first. Every recommendation is ranked by impact, effort and cost, and built so your current team can run it without us.

Lot Logic works with independent used-car dealers, buy-here-pay-here lots, and smaller franchise rooftops in rural and lower-volume markets. Based in Omaha, Nebraska. Working remotely nationwide.
What we automate

Six systems that pay off fastest in a smaller store.

Each one is built around the people and software the dealership already has, and can be set up on its own.

01 / Response

Answer every lead in minutes

Route web forms, texts, missed calls and third-party leads to one owner with instant acknowledgement and escalation if nobody responds.

02 / Inventory

Merchandise units the day they land

AI-drafted descriptions, feature callouts and pricing checks so new inventory goes live fast and reads well on a phone.

03 / Follow-up

Never let a prospect go cold

Simple, consistent follow-up cadences with reminders for salespeople and visibility for the manager.

04 / Visibility

Own the local search

Keep Google Business Profile, review requests and listings current automatically so local shoppers find you first.

05 / Retention

Work the customers you have

Automated touchpoints for service, trade-in equity, anniversaries and referrals to cut reliance on paid leads.

06 / Reporting

One scorecard for the owner

Sync your sales log, deals and inventory into a single live dashboard showing leads, appointments, gross and aging.

Small dealership FAQ

Straight answers for busy owners.

If your question isn't here, ask. We'll give you a direct answer, not a sales pitch.

Do I need to switch my DMS, CRM or website provider?

No. Lot Logic works with the systems you already have. We connect them, fill the gaps with lightweight automation, and only suggest a new tool when it clearly saves more than it costs.

How much does it cost?

Most work is quoted as a flat project price per workflow, with optional monthly support. You'll see the price for each item on your build list before anything begins, and there are no long-term contracts.

We only sell 20–40 cars a month. Is this worth it?

That's exactly who this is built for. At lower volume, one recovered lead or one unit that sells a week sooner can cover the cost of a workflow. We size the work to your store's economics.

Will my team actually use it?

Everything is designed to reduce clicks, not add them. Most automations run in the background, and anything your team touches comes with a short walkthrough and plain-English instructions.

How is AI used, and is our customer data safe?

AI is used for drafting, summarizing and sorting: vehicle descriptions, lead summaries, follow-up suggestions. Your data stays in your own accounts, and nothing is sent to a customer without a rule you approve.

Do you work with dealers outside Nebraska?

Yes. Lot Logic is based in Omaha and works remotely with independent and small franchise dealers anywhere in the United States.

Small store. Serious systems.

Make every lead, unit and customer work harder.
